Day 2 done - bye bye Friday binges!
Fridays are the worst. You’re done with the week and everyone wants to get a drink / dinner to celebrate. And if you’ve been eating healthy all week you figure “do what you want! You’ve earned it!”
Not this time.
Things that went awesome yesterday:
- whole teamed ordered out. But I still make my own food
- went to a friends after work - resisted wine and age TO THE PLAN EXACTLY even saying no to some wine
- ate all my macros

Well, I spent the past week shoving my face full of everything I thought I would “miss”.
Future self: remember how much pain you were in when your meals we’re French onion soup + a Heath bar + chips + cereal.
