Day 4 - Clean and Mean

4 days in, down 2.8 pounds.

The good:

  • Have eaten 100% to the plan since Monday
  • Have squeezed in workouts despite a busy work schedule (including a conference call to 4am)
  • Refused cupcakes and free work food…BOOM

The not so good:

  • I ran one slow (10:15) mile and wanted to crawl in a hole and cry

The next few days will really be the motivational test:

  • Tonight, having BBQ with friends
  • A family party over the weekend
  • Getting up and working out tomorrow
  • Speed-work / running over the weekend
